7.2. If you have waited at least 7 business days
If you have waited at least 7 business days from the Friday pay date and still have no check, Payroll will need the following information:
- For the paycheck in question—we need the pay period/pay date and the correct mailing address. Let us know whether your mail is being forwarded (if you have moved and the check was sent to an old address).
- Was the address in your payroll account correct at the time the check was generated? It would need to have been updated no later than the Friday prior to the pay date.
For a live check, the address on the paystub is where a check would have been mailed.
