If a check is being mailed to you, checks are mailed on each Friday pay date (every two weeks) via U.S. mail. They are mailed from MI headquarters in Durham, NC to the address on file for you in ADP Lyric as of the Friday before the next pay date. You should allow 5-7 business days for receipt before submitting a HelpSpot request. 

To avoid lost checks, sign up for direct deposit or ADP Lyric’s Wisely. Check the address in your ADP Lyric profile to be certain it is correct and complete in the event a live check needs to be sent. Address changes must be made by the Friday before the next pay date.
