3.4. I’m having problems with my training lesson

• If you have content questions, please Submit a HelpSpot request, and select the “Training or Scoring Process” category and the appropriate subcategory.
  
  
• If you have technical questions (i.e., you cannot install the MIRA application, have problems reading the materials, or cannot move through the training lessons), please Submit a HelpSpot request, and select the “Technical Issues” category and the appropriate subcategory. If you receive an error message, attach a screenshot of the message to your HelpSpot ticket. 
  
  
• Please also try reloading the page in MIRA by selecting View > Reload from the menu in the upper-left corner of your screen, or press CTRL + R.
