3.4. Audio Troubleshooting
If you experience audio issues in MIRA, please make sure that the system sound is not muted and is set at a sufficient volume level. If using headphones, make sure that they are in working order and plugged correctly into the port.
To confirm that there are no volume issues, click Help > Perform Systems Check found at the top left corner of your MIRA screen and play the video in Step 4.
